Publication الاتجاهات الفكرية المعاصرة وأثرها في تجديد علوم القرآن : دراسة نقدية لآراء عالم سبيط النيلي(2024) ;بقالي، يونس جعفر كاظم مكي ;Baqali, Yunes Jaafar Kadhem Maki ;Abdo Khaled, Nashwan, Ph.DNoor Mohammad Osmani, Ph.DThis study deals with the intentional trend of Al-Nili and its impact on renewing the Quranic sciences issues and aims to criticize and review it, as Al-Nili claimed that he had a new theory of language that believes in the physical relationship between sound and meaning and that the best method for studying the Quran is the verbal method, which he started with by distinguishing between the language of the Quran and the Arabic language. He rejected the concepts of synonymy, metaphor, metonymy, simile, advancement, delay, deletion and estimation. He rejected the application of grammatical rules, the methods of the Arabs and their vocabulary, and the science of the principles of jurisprudence and its tools in understanding the Quranic text. He also denied the multiplicity of Quranic readings, rejected the authority of Tawatur's evidence in proving the Quran, and criticized the methods of interpretation. He aslo has a new reading of the Quranic miracle, the repetition of stories, the Quranic comma, the issue of the decisive and the ambiguous in the Quran, among other things. The research applied three methods to analyze and discuss these views of Al-Nili, and the study came out with several results, including: that the roots of Al-Nili’s views are found in various sciences related to modern linguistics, Western philosophy, and Arab modernity, so they are nothing more than a selective thought, but Al-Nili was able to formulate it in a somewhat systematic way, and that Al-Nili went beyond the mechanisms and controls of renewal in the sciences of the Qur’an, so his views included many contradictions and problems, starting with the incompleteness of his verbal approach, which was based on incomplete induction, and then his various applications, as his treatment of the multiplicity of readings led to the statement of the distortion of the Qur’an, and that his exclusion of the Prophetic Sunnah and his disregard for the reasons for revelation made him stumble in controlling the meanings of words in the Qur’an, and that his rejection of the grammatical and morphological rules and the methods of the Arabs made him burden himself with interpreting the meanings of the Qur’an’s vocabulary, and calling for the establishment of a Qur’anic grammar science, disconnected from the speech of the Arabs in a way that made him fall into the contradictions that other interpreters were described with.24 27 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The thesis is entitled the Issues over which Rashid Rida Differs with his own teacher, Muhammad Abduh in Tafsir Al-Manar: An Analytical and Critical Study. This study investigates in a practical way the method followed by the two sheikhs in Tafsir Al-Manar. Investigating the differing issues between the two sheikhs during their lives gives a clear picture of their approach. This study includes four chapters and a conclusion with special focus on the approach used by the two sheikhs, first in laying out the foundation to deal with the issues of disagreement in the field of Tafsir and the sciences of Quran, second in explaining different issues they disagree on by setting a systematic comparison in order to identify the points of agreement and disagreement between the two. The study also includes the historical backgrounds of the two sheikhs and the methods they use in the field of Tafsir. It also deals with their views on Islamic doctrine and jurisprudence. Likewise, the study discusses their views on revival, their outcry for reform, and their role in advocating for renaissance of the ummah. The study captures how the two sheikhs dealt and interacted with the pressing issues that the Muslim world was faced by during their lives. The researcher uses inductive method to explain the methods employed by Rashid Rida to criticise his teacher, the Grand Imam on the interpretation of some verses. Similarly, the researcher uses analytical approach to find out the rationale behind the disagreement that occurred between the teacher and his disciple, and to come to a scientific finding that defines the method of the two sheikhs and the issues over which they differ. The research concludes that the method employed by Muhammad Abduh and his disciple depends chiefly on reason, which led them to go against some sharia-based concepts .39 23 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

However, the exploration of its higher objectives (maqaṣid) has not received sufficient consideration. Existing studies have not comprehensively addressed the overarching objectives of the sunnah across all the domains it covers. Although some research and articles discussed the objectives of the sunnah, these studies were limited in scope and precision in defining the relevant objectives, underscoring the need for a more comprehensive study in this area. In contrast to the increasing body of research on the objectives of the Quran, the investigation of the objectives of the sunnah remains underdeveloped. This highlights the importance of this present study, which aims to uncover the higher objectives of the sunnah through an analysis of Ṣaḥiḥ al-Bukhari and Ṣaḥiḥ Muslim. This study adopts an inductive approach, gathering hadith texts that share a common meaning to identify the overarching objectives, alongside an analytical method focusing on examining issues and details and linking them to these higher objectives. Additionally, this study employs the traditional method, relying on the interpretations of hadith scholars to clarify the relationship between the extracted hadiths and the derived objectives. This study concludes that the higher objectives of the Prophetic sunnah revolve around three main objectives: first, recognition of Allah al-Raḥman, which includes the recognition of al- Maʿbud (the worshipped), risalat al-Maʿbud (His message), and ṭuruq al-ʿibadah (the methods of worship); second, knowledge of insan (the human being), which encompasses understanding the physiological (jusmani), intellectual (nafsani), and spiritual (ruḥani) aspects of human nature; and third, the management (riʿayah) of alakwan (the beings), which involves social development, the management of al-mulk (possession) and al-taskhir (stewardship), and the development of civilisation (al- ʿumran).40 29 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

These skills facilitate positive interaction and active participation in various activities, contributing to the formation and development of human personality with all its characteristics, emotions, tendencies, and reactions. Consequently, they strengthen communities and aid in achieving their goals and coherence. This study aimed to elucidate the role of social skills in shaping human personality, identifying the distinguishing characteristics and attributes that contribute to the progressive civilization of individuals. The researcher adopted an inductive approach, examining the intricacies related to the subject of social skills. Additionally, an analytical methodology was employed to comprehensively review and analyze Quranic texts relevant to the topic. Through the analysis of Quranic characters, the study categorized these skills into communicative, behavioral, and ethical dimensions, as well as those related to one's social function for livelihood. The study yielded significant results, revealing that the character of Solomon exemplified a set of inspirational social skills, including continuous supervision of his subjects, decisiveness, self-confidence, sound decision-making, and diplomatic communication.12 22 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Allah the Almighty has sent Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, with the final Shariah law that holds good for all mankind and made the Qur'an and the Sunnah the source of Law. Both are inspired by the almighty Allah, so both are inseparable. The Sunnah played a great role in upholding the Shariah Laws. If the Qur'anic text is reliable in its interpretation and pluralism in its interpretation, the Sunnah guarantees safety and the guarantor of uprightness. The Almighty Allah has restricted mankind to preserve the noble Sunnah of the prophet Muhammad S.A.W. They carried out its divine authority and recited its divine glories. At the forefront of guarding and preserving the Sunnah of the two imams - Al-Bukhari and Muslim and their two Sahihs – they emerged for their scientific status and historical fame. With the emergence of intellectual exploration, Hadith, and Westernization in the 19th century, the modern school of thought appeared with a method that contradicts the method of the hadiths in dealing with the Prophetic Sunnah. Such hadith are related to -“Al-fitan Wal MalahimWaAshrat Al saat”- and the position of the madrasa al-aqliyah from her. The study was therefore aimed at challenging these issues because of the invasion of the modern madrasah for many of the intellectual schools and the attention of the people of the sects towards the holy Sunnah, especially to its most important sources, "Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim,” which claimed to be against Al-Aql. To achieve the desired research objectives, the researcher adopted the following approaches. Inductive approach: The researcher followed this approach in collecting data and information related to the subject by extrapolating the hadiths of epics and tribulations in the two Sahihs that were criticized by the intellectual exploration school of thought, as well as extrapolating all the suspicions and appeals that the mental school threw these hadiths. In addition, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach by analyzing the suspicions of the mental school towards the hadiths of temptation in the two Sahihs in a correct scientific analysis and describing the dimensions of their appeals quantitatively and qualitatively according to what was proven by the commentators of the hadiths and approved by the distinguished scholars of the nation. As for the historical method, the researcher relied on this approach by tracing the roots of the mental school, its stages of development and its most important flags. The study reached the most important results. The researcher mentioned the number of hadiths criticized by the mental school in the two Sahihs of the chapters of temptation, epics and signs of the hour, as well as aspects of response to them. Moreover, there are controls that must be adhered to with the hadiths of temptation and the signs of the Hour, including limiting themselves to the texts of the Qur'an and the authentic Sunnah, and limiting themselves to the authentic hadiths without the weak, the subject and the false. Publication جهود دولة قطر في خدمة القرآن الكريم من عام ١٩٧١ م حتى ٢٠٢١ م : دراسة تحليلية تقويمية(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyyah Abdulhamid Abusulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, 2025, 2025) ;قحطاني، سليمان جمعان سليمان ;al-Qahtani, Sulaiman Jamaan SF, ;Abdo Khaled, Nashwan, Ph.DNoor Mohammad Osmani, Ph.DThis research highlights the efforts of the State of Qatar over half a century in serving the Qur’an, by addressing the issue of neglecting the Qur’anic inheritance in our time. It shows that the efforts made have gone through various stages without documentation and development. In our era, the death of scholars and reciters has increased, leading to losing their experiences and expertise without recording their memories. The research also addresses the issue of the weak documentation of Qatar's efforts in serving the Qur’an, and the delay in evaluating and assessing these efforts, while other countries have begun documenting them for over two decades. These efforts are presented in six chapters. The first chapter outlines the research plan and its general structure. The second chapter explains the concept of efforts to serve the Qur’an both linguistically and terminologically, its importance and teaching, its impact on individuals and society, and the stages of development of the writing of the Qur’an, its exegesis, and Qur’anic sciences. It also introduces the State of Qatar, its origination, and its political, social, economic and educational situation. The third chapter highlights the efforts of the religious institution in serving the Qur’an through memorization centers and women’s centers concerned with teaching the Qur’an, the emergence and printing of the Qatar Qur’an, Qur’anic competitions organized by the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, and Qur’an publications provided by various religious institutions. Chapter four clarifies the role of educational institutions, including the Ministry of Education, the Religious Institute School, the College of Sharia at Qatar University, and various educational libraries in the field of the Quran. Chapter five examines the role of societal institutions, such as media, youth, cultural, charitable, educational, and military institutions. Finally, chapter six demonstrates the role of individuals in serving the Qur’an, including scholars and reciters. The research is limited to specific boundaries: geographically, it focuses on the State of Qatar and its inhabitants. Temporally, it covers the period from 1971 to 2021. Intellectually, it is confined to Qur’anic efforts. The research employs the inductive and comparative approaches and personal interviews. The researcher reached several results, the most notable of which is the abundance of audio, visual and written Qur’anic content in Qatar. One of the key recommendations is the necessity of establishing a dedicated department for the Qur’an and its sciences under the religious institution, to be responsible for all Quranic activities in Qatar, whether through implementation, oversight, or partnership.9 7 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The study focuses on analyzing the obstacles preventing the achievement of this awareness, examining the characteristics of youth, and their vital role as the most important human resource for the nation. It also explores the concepts of renaissance, nation, and awareness, providing a practical study of the Prophetic State, which successfully prepared a generation distinguished by awareness, sound nature, knowledge, and life skills. The inductive and analytical methodologies were adopted in this research.he research concludes that youth are the most crucial group in achieving civilizational renaissance and that focusing on shaping their awareness based on correct thinking and integrating them into society contributes to the nation's regaining its leading position. Furthermore, Prophet came to show the concept of magistrates and the extent of its legitimacy, with clarification and knowledge of the types of peace and the benefits of magistrates, as well as knowing the reasons obstructing peace. In addition, the research aims to present an analytical study on the parameters of peace in the Prophetic Sunnah, to revive the Prophetic Sunnah in this aspect, and reach a set of rules on the side of peace in the Prophetic Sunnah, in order to be a reference in this section, and aims to reach the reasons obstructing peace in Libya with the development of proposed solutions. In explaining this, the researcher will follow several approaches, including: the inductive approach in order to collect and extrapolate the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, from the nine hadith books mentioned in the chapter on reconciliation in the Sunnah, and the critical approach; This is to find out the extent of the authenticity of the hadiths from their weakness. Thus, the analytical approach is taken in order to analyze these hadiths and analyze the questionnaire that was developed and distributed to find out these reasons, the purpose of arriving at general rules in the chapter of reconciliation and developing the proposed solutions. The researcher revealed that the most important of which are: that reconciliation in The Prophet’s Sunnah was based on firm and clear legal principles in the Noble Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah and that the Messenger, may Allah bless him, and his honorable companions, in their behavior and actions, took into account the requirements of peace, which reconcile between people, and that the provisions of peace is referred to, in their entirety, to the rule of collecting the word, judging with justice and recommending good things. Therefore, must be applied in Libya because it is crucial. The state must intensify efforts in this regard. Publication منهج عبد الرحمن التنلاني في تفسير << مختصر السمين >> : دراسة تحليلية(2024) ;سالمي، حسن; ;Elatrash, Radwan Jamal Yousef, Ph.DRaudlotul Firdaus Fatah Yasin, Ph.DThis thesis dealt with the study of a newly printed manuscript in the area of linguistic interpretation, which is a summary of the Al-Mukhtaṣar of Al-Samῑn Al- Ḥalabῑ in the syntax of the Holy Qur'an by ’Abd Raḥman Al-Tinilanῑ. The importance of this book lies in being a summary of the interpretation of Al-Durr Al-Maṣūn by Al-Samῑn Al- Ḥalabῑ. It is troublesome not with standing the extent of the scientific legacy in the field of linguistic interpretation; it involves problems, including the repetition of the interpreters of what their predecessors said. This makes it challenging to research the interpretational technique and analyze the additional facts among them. An additional facet of the issues pertains to the prevalence of numerous weak viewpoints regarding the syntax, vocabulary definitions, and validity of the reasons for revelation and interpretation. It also involves the commentators' obsession with disproving the claims made by their opponents while engaging in the least amount of ethical debate with one another because their doctrinal, linguistic, or jurisprudential theories differ. The Mukhtaṣar AlSamῑn researchers' author suggested that, depending on the parts of interpretation they are more interested in, they could potentially benefit from preexisting interpretations as needed. This method can be abandoned due to the needs of modern scholars who might become perplexed by the vast amount of interpretation without having access to all the information. The study reached results that can be summarized as follows: Due to the loss of numerous books and manuscripts, the interpretation of Al-Durr Al-Maṣūn is a crucial source of information in the chapter on grammarians' sayings, famous and unusual Quranic readings, and the numerous poetic evidence found within. One particularly noteworthy example of this is the interpretation of Al-Samῑn Al-Ḥalabῑ due to the loss of a great deal of books and manuscripts. The statement about the usefulness of the Mukhtassar Al-Samῑn’s abbreviation in making the compilation easier by making it smaller in size, eliminating any grammatical errors, including it in the vocabulary list, and suggesting potential translations of passages from the Quran. It also states possible estimates of the Quranic verses, and the mention of derivation of the word and the stages of the changing of its structures. By employing the method of thematic interpretation, it begins by looking up the definition of a word in the surah of the Qur'an, before referring it the dictionaries. All of this contributes to the differentiation of Al-Tinilanῑ’s approach to interpretation, as the fundamental goals of the study are represented. The message ultimately encourages scholars to carry out further research into the meanings of the Qur'an, attempt to apply it to our reality, and make use of contemporary instruments and scientific research. Publication منهجية فهم النص القرآني وأثرها في علم التفسير : " دراسة تأصيلية نقدية "(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyyah Abdulhamid Abusulayman Kulliyyah Of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and HumanSciences, 2024, 2024) ;طحان، محمد عبد الرحيم ;Tahhan, Mohammed Abdulrahiem,Abdo Khaled, Nashwan, Ph.DThis study examined the methodology of understanding the Qur'anic text and its impact on the science of interpretation (ꜥIlm al-Tafseer) by demonstrating the established scientific foundations through which speech (Kalām) is understood in general, and the Qur'anic texts in particular, and how this methodology was applied in interpretation, with the best results, and how deviation happens when this methodology is not used to the interpretation of the Qur'anic text. In addition to describing this process in depth, I also provided instances that illustrate the consequences of deviating from the proper road to comprehending the Qur'anic text. The study was conducted in five chapters. The first chapter addressed the research plan and its general structure, while the second chapter elucidated the definition of the methodology for understanding the Qur'anic text and the facts upon which it is based, the concept and types of text, the characteristics of the Qur'anic text and the obligation towards it. The third and fourth chapters addressed the facts on which the methodology for interpreting the Qur'anic text is based, namely a linguistic circumstance, religious validity and customary idiomatic, the sections of each of them, and the arrangement of these facts with evidence and examples, and then the applications of these facts for interpretation (Tafseer). The fifth chapter addressed the influence of the methodology of interpreting the Qur'anic text on interpretation by transmitted (Mʾathūr), opinion (Rʾay), and objectives (Maqāṣid), by explicating their sections and the impact of this methodology on each type with instances. The researcher relied on multiple approaches to reach the goal of this study within the scope of the study, which was represented by the statement of the methodology for correctly interpreting the Qur'anic text in accordance with scientific principles, evidence, and applications, as well as the impact of this methodology on the science of interpretation, by connecting scientific foundations and historical and contemporary concepts of the text of the Quran. The most important of the researcher's findings are that the Qur'anic text is unlike any other text and has many characteristics that distinguish it from others, and that these characteristics must be considered in any attempt to comprehend it; and that in order to comprehend the Qur'anic texts, this must be done in accordance with the controls of the three facts and their particulars, which is the linguistic circumstance, religious validity and customary idiomatic. Any interpretation that disregards these norms and facts is incorrect, regardless of its origin or proverb. The researcher ended with a number of recommendations, the most significant of which is the necessity to evaluate the books of interpretation and change their conceptions that are inconsistent with the Holy Qur'anic text and its holiness and are not God's will.14 11
