This study aims to highlight the importance of addressing psychological disorders that affect a Muslim's life in both academic and practical domains by exploring their causes and solutions derived from Quranic texts. The study focuses on analyzing these disorders and offering solutions based on the interpretation provided in "Rasail Al-Noor" by Sheikh Bediuzzaman Said Nursi, emphasizing the role of faith in Allah as a fundamental factor in enhancing mental health and addressing these disorders. The study points out that faith in Allah provides tranquility and hope, contributing to reflection and contemplation, which enhances self-understanding and helps in overcoming psychological stress. The research employed an inductive method to examine details related to the topic within Nursi's writings to arrive at general principles regarding the handling and treatment of psychological disorders. Additionally, it utilized an analytical approach to discuss, evaluate, and classify the collected information to derive specific conclusions about psychological disorders. The study yielded significant findings, including that psychological disorders are conditions affecting thought, feeling, emotion, and behavior, which impede functional and social performance. It also revealed that Nursi emphasized the role of positive social relationships and the revival of cooperation and mutual assistance as crucial for improving mental health and reducing feelings of loneliness. Moreover, the study, relying on Nursi's works, underscored the necessity of employing prayer and remembrance of Allah as an effective means to alleviate psychological stress, as it allows individuals to express their feelings and aspirations and seek divine assistance, thereby contributing to the development of a psychologically healthy and balanced community.

This research was conducted on the topic of shared privacy between spouses and its challenges in Takhar Province, Afghanistan: an analytical study considering the Qur’an and Sunnah. This study seeks to answer the main questions, which are: the challenges facing spouses in Takhar Province, and how to address and evaluate them. This is based on the standards and foundations of Sharia. On the other hand, the importance of this research appears in its attempt to find a legitimate solution to the challenges related to common rights in the Islamic community, which suffers from these challenges to a greater extent than any other part of the country. The shared rights between spouses play a major role in improving society and preserving the human generation, which is considered the main goal of Islamic law. Among the challenges in Takhar Governorate, the lack of good implementation of joint rights between spouses stands out, an issue that the researcher chose because of its importance. In this context, the researcher used an inductive and analytical approach to collect scientific material from the books of interpretation and books related to the subject, then discussed the opinions of interpreters, hadith scholars, and thinkers about the shared rights between spouses and their challenges in the state of Takhar. After researching, examining, and studying people’s opinions, the researcher concluded that the main factor that leads to the lack of respect for the rights shared between spouses in Takhar society is a lack of understanding of the provisions and family rights, especially the rights shared between spouses. This was confirmed by most of the respondents to the study on this topic. Based on the results, the researcher proposes to improve the level of people’s awareness, especially women, of Islamic issues, and, in particular, the rights shared by spouses by returning to schools and scientific and educational institutions, whether on their own initiative or by organizing educational and educational workshops at the governorate or region level. In addition, religious scholars can play an important role in raising people's awareness of Islamic issues, especially the rights shared between spouses.

This study aims to explore Ibn al-Kayyal and Jasim al-Eisawi’s approaches to discussing the biographies of the al-Mukhtalitin (unreliable) among trustworthy narrators in al-Sahihayn and their methods of explaining the narrations of al- Mukhtalitin. A comparative study on their approaches will then be conducted. Among the important aspects observed in this study are the methodologies used by the two authors in mentioning the information related to the narrators, the methods used to compile the names of teachers and students of the narrators, and quotations from Islamic scholars regarding the narrators. This study consists of three main chapters. In the first chapter, the researcher explains the biographies of the two authors by detailing their life histories, their educational backgrounds and introducing the books analysed in this study, al-Kawakib al-Nayyirat and Marwiyat al-Mukhtalitin fi al-Sahihayn. In the second chapter, the researcher discussed the introduction to the issue of al-Ikhtilat among trustworthy narrators by discussing the definitions of al-Ikhtilat in terms of language and terminology, the causes for the occurrence of al-Ikhtilat among hadith narrators, and rulings on narrating the hadith of al-Mukhtalit. In the third chapter, the researcher compared the approach of Ibn al-Kayyal and Jasim al-Eisawi in explaining the biographies of al-Mukhtalitin, their narrations, and the advantages and disadvantages found in their methodology. The results of the study reveal a clear difference between the two approaches in explaining these matters which is the difference in the information contained in each narrator's biography and the information related to their narrations in al-Sahihayn. The research concludes with a set of findings and recommendations for future studies. The research found that there are 50 narrators of al-Sahihayn who are considered as al-Mukhtalitin by hadith scholars, and Jāsim’s book, Marwiyat al-Mukhtalitin fi al-Sahihayn is better in discussing the biographies of the al-Mukhtalitin narrators and their narrations in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim. It is recommended to study other scholars’ approaches in this field of knowledge to find out the best book for discussing the issue of al-Ikhtilat among hadith narrators.

This research aims to investigate the etiquette of interacting with the Al-Quran, according to Imam Ghazali, in his book Ihya' Ulumuddin. This research focuses on Al-Amin Islamic Primary School students in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia, and how they interact with the Al-Quran based on the teachings presented in the book. A field study was conducted to understand the practices followed by these students in their interaction with the Al-Quran and to examine their knowledge of the etiquettes explained by Imam Ghazali. The research methodology includes an inductive approach in collecting information related to the subject, especially from the book of "Ihya Ulum al-Din" in the chapter on the etiquette of reciting the Al-Quran. Then, an analytical approach was used to analyze the information regarding the etiquette of dealing with the Al-Quran among Al-Amin Islamic Primary School students in Gombak. Additionally, a field methodology was employed by distributing questionnaires to Al-Amin Islamic Primary School students to understand their etiquette of dealing with the Al-Quran and provide appropriate suggestions. Subsequently, the students' data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). This research provides a deep understanding of the etiquette practices of interacting with the Al-Quran among Al-Amin Islamic Primary School students in Gombak. The implications of this study contribute to the development of the Al-Quran curriculum and teaching in Islamic education. Furthermore, this study has the potential to guide Al-Quran teachers in guiding students to effectively practice the etiquette of interacting with the Al-Quran. ?

ABSTRACT This paper deals with the relationship between the Quran and the Sunnah. This research deals with the relationship between the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah through a study of the hadiths in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) cited verses from the Holy Qur'an in the Sahihs of Bukhari and Muslim. The research was concerned with clarifying the concept of citation and inference to show its importance in highlighting the status of the Sunnah from the Qur'an, especially in light of the emergence of calls to be content with the Qur'an and to abandon the Sunnah. Demonstrating this complementarity is by collecting and studying fifty-five hadiths in the two Sahihs in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cited Qur'anic verses in the chapters of belief, worship and transactions, and some separate chapters in the Shama'il, virtues and others. This reflects the depth of the Sunnah's connection to the Qur'an in various aspects of religion. It also shows that the Prophet's citation of Qur'anic verses can be of various kinds: clarification and interpretation, clarification of the general, specialisation of the general, restriction of the absolute, or adding a ruling that is not mentioned in the Qur'an. This is at the heart of the research issue; otherwise, it would not be possible to recognise the similarity between the cited verse and the prophetic hadith. The research adopted the inductive approach in extracting the hadiths from the relevant sources, their connotations and references to the wisdom contained in them, and then the analytical approach in studying the hadiths and analysing their connotations and the words of the scholars and their deductions and clarifying the connotations of these citations. The main results of the research are as follows: Providing a scientific contribution in clarifying the importance of the Sunnah and its explanatory role to the Holy Quran, responding to ideas that attempt to break the link between the Quran and the Sunnah, emphasising that both are inseparable revelations from God, refuting the claims of those who deny the Sunnah, and explaining that the Quran directs to follow what came from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is from the honourable Sunnah.

Its objectives include enhancing understanding, remembrance, devotion, and repentance. 2. The importance of contemplation lies in God’s honouring of humankind above all other creations, where contemplation is considered the light of faith and one of the best deeds. It is the cornerstone of building and advancing civilisation. 3. Understanding the various elements in the contemplation verses helps nurture preachers following a practical method for calling others to God. Through comprehending these elements in the Quran, multiple strategies can be developed to enhance the effectiveness of da’wah (inviting others to Islam). The study aims to respond to some of the suspicions and doubtful matters raised by the orientalists regarding on the ten recitations by clarifying the concept of recitations, suspicions and orientalism, criticizing and refuting the suspicions raised about the Holy Quran related to the different recitations and the collection of the Holy Quran, as well as suspicions related to Quranic language and script (Rasm). The study relied on the inductive method, by following the suspicions in the books of orientalists, as well as the analytical method in order to analyze the suspicions and clarify its objectives, as well as the critical method in order to criticize the suspicions and ho to respond to them .The study concluded many results including all ten recitations are attributed to The Messenger of Allah, Prophet Muhammad s.a.w. There is no verse of the Qur'an is lost or added to it. There are no scriptions errors.The study also confirmed that what is being raised about the existence of a contradiction between the recitations due to linguistic errors in the Holy Qur'an is an unfounded suspicion, as all the recitations do not include a single grammatical or morphological error. The study also denied the existence of any error in the Noble Qur'an due to the errors of the scribes, and what was narrated about that is false and fake to which Islamic scholars responded categorically, denying any suspicion.The study, on the other hand, stressed the danger of getting caught into the suspicions of orientalists, particularly modernists who unwittingly follow orientalists in their suspicions in the Holy Qur'an.

It sheds light on the status of women in contemporary Islamic societies, explaining how the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and his companions treated women and ensured their rights. The research aims to enhance understanding of the position of women in Islam, providing clarifications based on Sharia evidence and scientific research. The researcher employed the inductive method by examining scholars' opinions from exegesis, linguistic, and jurisprudential works, based on their original sources. He also utilized the analytical method to respond to the misconceptions by analyzing the statements and concepts reached. The purpose of the study is to assess the approach used by Haji Abdul-Malik Karim Amrullah (HAMKA) in order to ascertain his thought and principles for improving education in order to inform the construction of educational methodology in Indonesian schools. The researcher used three approaches—historical, analytical, and inductive—to achieve this goal. The researcher used HAMKA's book Tafsir Al-Azhar and other relevant works to try and draw conclusions about his theory of education. An analytical method is employed to examine HAMKA's interpretation of the educational verses included in the Holy Qur'an. The historical method was employed by the researcher to learn about Indonesian educational history between 1908 and 1981. The study reached a number of conclusions, the most significant of which are as follows: First, it highlights the facets of Hamka's educational philosophy, which was predicated on the notion of an all-encompassing, universal, or global Islamic worldview. Second, with a strong emphasis on the Qur'an and Sunnah, he concentrated on the religious, social, and cultural foundations. Third, particularly in the face of Dutch and Japanese colonial governments, Hamka was able to adapt public education theory to the Indonesian situation. According to the research, Hamka did an excellent job raising Indonesians, and his book Tafsir Al-Azhar had a favorable effect on Indonesian society.

This is particularly evident in his work Ishārah al-ljāz fi Maẓān al-Ijāz (Signs of Miraculousness in the Context of Conciseness). These features illustrate that Nursi made significant efforts in interpreting the Quran and emphasizing its miraculous aspects to strengthen faith and guide the contemporary Muslim community toward a correct understanding of religion. The analytical method was then used to study and logically analyze each aspect of the topic to understand Nursi’s approach to revealing the miraculous elements of the Quran in his interpretation of its chapters. One of the most significant findings of this research is that Nursi approached the subject of Quranic miracles with a modern and distinctive methodology, focusing on the miracle of the Quran’s structure and eloquence, along with other aspects such as scientific and legislative miracles. While building upon the theory of Quranic structure, Nursi presented it effectively by adhering to proper Arabic linguistic rules and sound religious sciences. This highlights the importance of Nursi’s intellectual legacy in the modern era.
