Abstract

This research examines the methods of Prophet Muhammad – peace be upon him - in the field of education by highlighting the concept of education, status, its objectives, and the fields through the texts of the sunnah. The research intends to clarify the Prophet’s methods of teaching and his techniques in describing facts and concepts to the learners and in delivering information and knowledge specific to them. In addition, the research identifies the educational tools used by the Prophet – peace be upon him - in the field of education where it focuses on the definition, its concept, and types that would affect the minds of students, and refine their knowledge by words and senses. The prophetic tradition books are analyzed for data collection. The importance of using modern teaching tools that help teachers to acquire good teaching methods is concluded from a thorough examination of this subject matter.
