Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of the technological leadership of school principals on the efficiency of teachers in using computers in the second cycle of basic education schools in Dhofar Governorate. The study sample consisted of teachers in basic education schools in the Sultanate of Oman - Dhofar Governorate in the second cycle. (270) questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and 232 valid questionnaires were retrieved for statistical analysis. Among the most important results that were reached: The results of the study indicated that the level of support, management and operations, the level of teaching and learning, the level of assessment and evaluation, the level of productivity, professional practices and the level of leadership And the vision and the level of social, legal and ethical issues and the level of technological leadership and that the level of efficiency of teachers in using computers in the second cycle schools of basic education in the Governorate of Dhofar was high and there was a statistically significant correlation between technological leadership in its six dimensions and the efficiency of teachers in using computers in basic education schools. The second session in Dhofar Governorate and the presence of a positive and statistically significant impact of the application of technological leadership in its six dimensions (support, management and operations, teaching and learning, assessment and evaluation, productivity and professional practices, leadership and vision, social, legal and ethical issues) on the efficiency of teachers in using computers in basic education schools, second cycle Dhofar Governorate, and who recommends Study objectives: Providing financial support for the second cycle of basic education schools in the Dhofar Governorate, in order to meet the schools’ needs for computers, modern software, and provision of computer networks.
