مبادئ إدارة الموارد الاقتصادية والالتزام الوظيفي في سورة يوسف : دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

The management of economic resources requires complementarity in the availability of both the efficiency of the manager and the efficiency of the institution. The efficiency of the manager is achieved by acquiring the principles of Iman, knowledge and morality such as taqwa (piety), knowledge and forgiveness. These principles qualify him to carry out the responsibility. The efficiency of the organization is achieved in the inclusion of a set of principles related to human, administrative and economic resources that contribute to the excellence of the institution in providing services and products such as direct supervision, high ambition and rationalization of consumption. This model could be derived from the principles of economic resources management by Prophet Yusuf (Peace be upon him), which could be applied in the management of economic resources in modern times. The research seeks to achieve a set of objectives, such as to clarify the economic dimension in Surah Yusuf, and to explain the principles derived from the Surah, related to the management of economic resources and institutions. The methodology employed for this research is inductive method through the collection of the selected verses from Surah Yusuf in the Qur’an. In these verses, the scientific principles of the management of economic resources are derived. The study also adopts the analytical method in order to analyze the texts and derive the rules thereof by examining the commentaries and historical statements and drawing conclusions related to the subject. The research has reached some important results, Which include inter alia the role of piety in protecting the official from infringement such as the misuse of public funds, the role of understanding in strategic planning, the role of wise selection in competencies, the role of scientific excellence in institutional performance, the role of direct supervision in the performance of employees, and the role of the authority in the strength of the institution and its reputation. The results of the study also include the role of negotiation skills in persuasion, the role of gratitude in career motivation, the role of risk management in business continuity, and the impact of wise preservation of resources and consumption in the sustainability of economic resources, the role of diversification of sources of income in economic power, and the role of foreign trade in increasing domestic products and diversification of consumer goods.
