Publication المهارات السلوكية والقيادية وأثر بنائها على طلاب حلقات تحفيظ القرآن الكريم في مدينة خميس مشيط بالمملكة العربية السعودية : دراسة ميدانية تحليلية(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyyah Abdulhamid Abusulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, 2025, 2025) ;شهراني، محمد سعيد عايض ;Shahrani, Mohammed Saeed A. ;Abdo Khaled, Nashwan, Ph.DRaudlotul Firdaus Fatah Yasin, Ph.DThis study examines the reality of Qur’an memorisation circles in the city of Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia, through a field study. It aims to determine the impact of behavioural and leadership skills among the students of these circles, provide recommendations for refining these skills, and enhance their sense of responsibility toward the community to create a positive impact. The research problem identified in the outputs of Qur’an memorisation circles is the weakness in building behavioural and leadership skills among students, which negatively impacts two critical aspects: first, the existence of a well-balanced personality, characterised by stable thoughts, behaviours, emotions, and attitudes; and second, the graduation of effective and active Qur’an memorisers who positively influence their community. Therefore, the study aims to assess the extent to which Qur’an memorisation circles focus on the skill development of their students, analyse the effects and outcomes of this focus, and identify the behavioural and leadership skills necessary for students of these circles. It also seeks to contribute to the development of the system of behavioural and leadership skills among Qur’an memorisation students to build a well-rounded and balanced personality. The researcher employs the descriptive approach based on collecting quantitative and qualitative data, the analytical approach utilising statistical methods, and the field approach through training samples of students on the proposed skills to measure their impact. The research focuses on students from Qur’an memorisation circles in the city of Khamis Mushait in Saudi Arabia as the research population for the field study. At the conclusion, the study reached several results, the most notable of which are: the necessity of paying attention to the skill development for students in the Qur’an memorisation circles. Also, the significant positive impact of workshops, training sessions, and practical applications provided to the students, despite their scarcity and insufficiency. In addition, the need for a practical plan outlining the essential behavioural and leadership skills for students in Qur’an memorisation circles, along with implementation strategies, in addition to other results, the research concluded with a set of recommendations.2 17
