Where this study aims to research and verify the relationship between psychological security and the level of ambition and their impact on the job performance of the career guidance specialist in the schools of the Sultanate of Oman Where the researcher distributed (550) questionnaires in five educational governorates to the study sample, and the researcher was able to retrieve (366) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis, and he used confirmatory factor analysis in the (SMART PLS) program, and he used structural equation modeling (SEM) to study structural relationships Among the three study variables (psychological security, level of ambition, and job performance The results of the study revealed the positive relationship between psychological security and the level of ambition and job performance, as well as the positive relationship between the level of ambition and job performance, and that the level of ambition has a mediating role between psychological security and job performance, and accordingly the researcher discussed and interpreted the results in the light of the theoretical framework and previous studies, and finally the research discussed The most important recommendations made by the study from two sides: recommendations for officials of the Ministry of Education, the Center for Vocational Guidance and Student Guidance, and the school administration, with general suggestions that can be used for future studies that serve the educational, educational and guidance side. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The researcher chose five Omani married women, their ages ranged between 32 and 44 years, who were newly married, and who had been married for many years, in order to learn about their experiences and sufferings on the issue of violence directed against them by their husbands, from the Governorate of South Al Batinah, Sultanate of Oman. In his study, the researcher relied on the method concerned with the study of phenomena, which is called the phenomenological method, he also used the interview as a method of data collection, and the results were analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the married woman participating in the study was exposed to violence in its various forms (physical, psychological, verbal, social), and social factors, social upbringing, the wife's provocative behavior and intense jealousy had the greatest role in the occurrence of violence. The results also showed that the psychological, social and health effects of violence are considered the most influential on married women and their children. The results also showed that the most important obstacles that prevent the disclosure of violence and dependency, then shame and people's talk, and the reputation and bad society's view of the battered woman. The results also showed that the marital relationship of married women participating in the study was characterized by anxiety, fear and instability, and tended to get worse with time. All participating women also agreed on the need to inform the concerned authorities if they were exposed to violence. The results also showed that the husband's family had an important role in reducing violence against married women. The participants unanimously agreed on the need for support provided to reduce violence problems, such as the development of laws, educational and counseling courses for those who were about to marry, the need for judicial secrecy, and the need for effective preventive factors to avoid the problem of violence directed against wives in the Sultanate of Oman.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The researcher has followed a set of scientific methodologies that dealt with his subject, through the descriptive approach, and the researcher has de-scribed the symptoms, causes, how to treat and their types in a clinical manner based on his use of psychometric measurement tools standardized in the measurement previ-ously weighed and proven to be neutral, accurate, stable and objective in Measure-ment of the two disorders under study. Then, through the comparative approach, the researcher compared the similarities and differences between the two disorders under study in terms of causes, symptoms and treatment methods, after he conducted a series of personal interviews with five children suffering from social phobia disorder and five other children suffering from autism. The comparison included causes, symptoms and suggestions Methods of treatment and detection of diagnostic differences in the similarities between the two disorders. Publication أثر العلاج المعرفي السلوكي في خفض الاكتئاب والقلق والضغط النفسي وتحسين الرفاهية النفسية والثقة بالنفس لمرضى السكري في سلطنة عمان(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyah of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia, 2021, 2021) ;غداني، ناصر راشد محمد ;Ghdani, Nasser Rashid Mohmmed ; ; ;Abdallah, Ssekamanya Siraje, Ph.D ;Norwati Mansor, Ph.DQaisi, Abdul Razaq, Ph.DThis study aims for building a cognitive behavioral treatment program to reduce depression, anxiety, and psychological stress, and for improving psychological well-being and self-confidence among diabetic patients in the Sultanate of Oman. The study relied on an experimental approach and a sample of 30 diabetic patients, who were randomly distributed into two equal groups of 15 patients, control group and experimental group. To achieve the study objectives, the researcher built a treatment program based on cognitive behavioral therapy, consisting of 14 treatment sessions. The duration of each session ranges between 60 and 90 minutes, over a period of seven weeks with two treatment sessions per week. The study used the DASS-21 scale, to measure depression, anxiety, and stress, the psychological well-being scale, and the self-confidence scale. The researcher calculated the averages and standard deviations of experimental group’s scores for all constructs and dimensions, and on all measurements: pre, post, and follow-up. That is to examine the significance of statistical differences between psychological well-being, self-confidence, depression, anxiety, and stress among members of the experimental group. The researcher used the Lex Lambda test and the samples t-test. At 5% significance level, the results revealed significant differences among the members of the experimental group for the total score of the following measures: psychological well-being, self-confidence, depression, anxiety and stress, and each of their dimensions on the two scales, pre and post, in favor of post-measurement. These are attributed to the effect of the cognitive-behavioral therapy used in this study, which indicates the effectiveness of the treatment program used in this study. The results also showed that there are no significant differences among the members of the experimental group on the total score of the following measures: psychological well-being, self-confidence, depression, anxiety and stress, and each of their dimensions on the two scales: the post and follow-up; which indicates the continuing effectiveness of the cognitive behavioral therapy used in this study - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

It enables the participants in voluntary works to acquire new skills and develop their current competencies. For this purpose, this current study seeks to explore the impact of leadership and social skills on the voluntary works for the students of Nizwa University at the Sultanate of Oman. To validate the objective of the study, the researcher applied the descriptive correlative approach. The study population consisted of 6805. The researcher distributed 420 questionnaires of a stratified random sample consisting of 357 Bachler’s degree students at Nizwa University. The questionnaire consists of 79 questions distributed over the dimensions and variables of the study. The researcher adopted the Social Interaction Theory, the Role Play Theory, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and the Values Theory, to study and elaborate the variable of voluntary work. The researcher also applied several theories to elaborate the variable of the leadership skills including Traditional Theory, Trait Theory, Training Theory, Behaviorism Theory and Interactive Theory. In clarifying the variable of social skills, the researcher adopted the Cognitivism Theory and Social Learning Theory as well as utilizing other precedent studies. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software was used to analyze the descriptive data of the study (mathematical averages, standard deviations, frequencies and percentages), and to evaluate the validity and reliability of the data, a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) was executed in the AMOS software, in addition to using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to study structural influences between study variables. The findings of the study revealed the existence of direct statistically significant impact between leadership skills, social skills and voluntary work. They also concluded the presence of indirect statistically significant impact between social skills and voluntary work via the leadership skill as a mediator variable. The study provided a recommendation for the necessity to concentrate on elevating leadership and social skills among undergraduate students, which motivates them to participate in more voluntary work, which shall be reflected positively in the community, and to accomplish the desired development of Arab communities.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The program consisted of 17 sessions within eight weeks, with two guiding sessions per week, the duration of each session lasted for 50-90 minutes. In order to verify the equivalence of the two study groups, the T-test was used in the pre-test, to test the hypotheses of the study, the means, and standard deviations of the experimental and control group scores were calculated In the Scale of return to Crime and in each of its three fields for the post-test. The multivariate analysis (MANOVA) results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the experimental group and the control group in the overall degree of the post- test in the scale of return to the crime and in all its fields for the favor of the experimental group. Where (Wilks' Lambda) value approached (0.195) reached at the level of less than (0.001); this indicates that the guidance program is effective in reducing the level of return to crime. Furthermore, the results showed that the impact of the guidance program on the experimental group reached (3, 82); according to Cohen's standard, the effect is significant. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of return to crime among the experimental group in the both pre and post- tests at the level of (α ≤ 0.05) In favor of the post- test due to the guidance program used in the study. The results also showed no statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 05) for the experimental group on the total score of the scale and for each field in both pre and post - test, indicating that the guidance program used in this study will still be effective after a period of sufficient time. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

Since professional self-efficacy is positively related to the ability to make professional decisions, there is a necessity for individuals in general and students in particular for guidance programs designed to help them improve their professional self-efficacy and ability to make educational and professional decisions. This study aimed to identify the level of professional self-efficacy and the level of ability to make educational decisions among tenth-grade female students in the North Sharqiyah Governorate, and to investigate the effectiveness of a guidance program based on the (A.D.V.P) methodology in developing the ability to make educational decisions and improving professional self-efficacy among the study sample. The study sample consisted of 48 female students, 23 for the experimental group and 25 for the control group. The quasi-experimental approach was used in this study. The following tools were also used: a measure of educational decision-making ability, a measure of professional self-efficacy, in addition to a counseling program consisting of 14 counseling sessions that were applied only to the experimental group in the second semester of the educational year 2021/2022. After collecting the data and processing it statistically using arithmetic means, standard deviations, and a t-test, the results indicated that the level of ability to make educational decisions and the level of professional self-efficacy were average. The results also showed the effectiveness of the counseling program in developing the ability to make educational decisions and improving the level of professional self-efficacy, where statistically significant differences were found between the experimental and control groups in the level of ability to make educational decisions, and the level of professional self-efficacy in the post-measurement in favor of the experimental group. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group members on the educational decision-making ability scale and the professional self-efficacy scale in the post and follow-up measurements, which indicates the continuity of the effectiveness of the counseling program. The study recommended that career guidance specialists benefit from the guidance program used in this study, and to test the program at different educational levels and categories.13 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The study sample consisted of (400) married couples in Al Dhahirah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from its three states (Ibri, Yanqul, and Dhank), They were chosen randomly, The researcher used three scales to collect the data, which were the psychological factors scale, the social factors scale, and the marital compatibility scale. Alpha Cronbach's method, he also calculated the structural validity using the structural validity of the tools through factor analysis, and the scales in their final form had good characteristics, and after using descriptive statistics, it became clear that married people in Al Dhahirah Governorate have a high level in positive psychological factors, and social factors. Not only that but also they have a high level in marital compatibility. The researcher used the structural modeling equation SEM using the AMOS statistical program to test the hypotheses of the study, where the results showed a relationship to the variables of psychological factors, and social factors on marital compatibility. There is a positive statistically significant correlation between psychological factors and social factors, and the results showed There isn't a statistically significant effect of the demographic factors (sex, state, and educational status) on the study variables, while the results showed the presence of statistically significant differences for the factor (relationship) on the variables of the study. As for the factor (duration of marriage). The results showed also a statistical significance on the two variables (psychological factors, marital compatibility) and there is no effect of this factor on the variable (social factors).2 2
