Abstract

This thesis, through the interpretation of Imam al-Maturidi, who died in the year 133 AH), known as “Ahl al-Sunnah Interpretations,” dealt with an analytical study of the verses of religion, especially with an explanation of his general approach in his interpretation of the verses of financial transactions, showing Imam al-Maturidi’s jurisprudential approach, through his jurisprudential interests, and the way he presented issues of Jurisprudence, the most important foundations and controls that he established to explain the verses of the provisions of financial transactions, its jurisprudential sources, choices and preferences, and the most important weighting controls for him. The study came to several conclusions, the most important of which is that Imam al-book Maturidi's "Interpretations of Ahl al-Sunnah" is one of the most important, broadest, and oldest references to Islamic jurisprudence that discussed its issues in a novel way and provided jurisprudential solutions to many of the issues that can be relied upon in dealing with contemporary jurisprudential issues. With few references to such a book in an academic study, one of the goals of this study is to highlight the scientific value of this wonderful interpretation to the human world in order to make it easier for students of knowledge to understand it. "And it is a book in which there is no counterpart to any book," one of his translators said, "but none of the writings of those who preceded it in that art can match it."
