Abstract
The researcher presented modern diplomatic concerns within its elements and interaction with diplomatic representations in terms of immunity and privileges, and comparing them with two sources (Quran and Sunnah), by indicating the superiority and distinction of these two principles of international law, which is man-made, and proving that Islamic diplomacy is divine. The Messenger (Muhammad P.B.U.H) is an example in implementing the qualities of human perfection in the creation and dealing with Muslims and other religions. The researcher in this research has shown that the adoption of international law is carried out based on the international norms in dealing with it. The researcher relied on the inductive method in analysing the texts of revelation and the articles related to the immunity of the diplomatic envoy in the Vienna Convention, in addition to the analytical methodology in terms of its realism in adaptation. The research indicated the most important results: There should be an international Islamic law that is adopted by Islamic countries with the introduction of certain articles in the 1961 Vienna Convention and there is a need to review the Vienna Convention in some of its articles, which sometimes states that dealing with ambassadors is an internal matter of the countries. It is not subject to international law in some cases, which affects Islamic diplomacy and harms its interests in the case of dissent and betrayal of ambassadors.
