Abstract

This research aims to clarify the human instinct and human behavior, their importance and relationship in the light of the Holy Qur'an with the statement of the scholars. It also shows the behavioral criteria affecting human instinct while revealing characteristics of instinct from the Qur'anic point of view. The main objective of this study is to know the Qur'anic justifications and guidelines regarding the characteristic of common human nature and its role in evaluating human behavior. In this study, the researcher relied on the inductive approaches to describe the meaning of human instinct, behavior and terminology. This study applied the analytical method to show the effects of instinct characteristics on human behavior and reveal the relationship between them. The researcher has reached number of results including: The behavioral rules must include all considerations and issues that relate to common sense, the most important of these considerations are issues of common sense, the set of Qur'anic rules, The Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, the establishment of Islamic concepts through the rules that include standards and curricula of good morals due in life. All these concepts are used by humans as a basis and source for interaction. The result also presents that human instinct has a strong relationship and great influence on human behavior, as it instills in the human’s certain behavioral patterns that determine the path of their lives, and the way he interacts with others according to good moral rules and dignity with healthy instinct.
