Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the reality of the Waqf and charitable work for people with disabilities in the United Arab Emirates, and the extent of its impact on their life and help them to adapt and adapt to their community. This research is that it came to address an important issue of society, Through the suspension of them, to support them and rehabilitation, and to take responsibility for them socially, materially, and medically, and by highlighting the role of the Waqf and charitable work in achieving the comprehensive development of the integration of people with disabilities in society, and study the specialized cases in the Waqf and charitable work, It is one of the most important issues raised in the world since the beginning of the nineteenth century. This issue remains the concern of most countries, associations and international organizations concerned with this category. Due to the increasing number of members of this group, the world is considered one of the most important causes of disability , And one of the biggest challenges facing this category, so the researcher decided to study this subject, and the researcher will follow several methods, including: Inductive method, descriptive, analytical, to monitor and follow contemporary Waqf models in the United Arab Emirates to integrate people with disabilities in society. The United Arab Emirates has succeeded in reaching a model for the Waqf and charitable work system by enacting innovative laws and regulations in the Waqf system, establishing a coherent mechanism of work among foundations and charitable and charitable organizations, and showing the efforts of the Government of the United Arab Emirates In the interest of all groups of society, and specialized in this concern for people with disabilities who suffer from marginalization in some countries and communities, so it is necessary to transfer those experiences applied by the UAE to developing countries to benefit from them, and this must be documented through Research and scientific research on them, in order to promote the disabled and to have a chance for a dignified life, such as that enjoyed by persons with disabilities in the United Arab Emirates; and to be a guiding model for other developed and developing countries alike.
