Abstract
Modern Muslim jurists have presented a set of solutions to deal with the mixed assets Sukuk trading of money, debt, rights and wealth. This study examines the varied views of the four schools on matters regrading dealing on mixed assets. The study has performed analytical approach, to understand basic concepts and elements in three stages: interpretation, criticism and exploration in terms of jurisprudence and contemporary financial and economic studies, resolution of the Islamic financial institutions and recommendations. The study has found that the trading of mixed assets Sukuk in the light of the legal maxim of originality and dependency with its terms and conditions is permissible based on Fiqhi studies and Usuli principles. Finally, the research concluded that the mixed assets has fulfilled the original and intended meanings of Sukuk trading both in legal maxim and in current application.
