Publication مراسيل مصنف عبد الرزاق في كتابي البيوع والشهادات: دراسة تخريجية(Kuala Lumpur :Kulliyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, International Islamic University Malaysia, 2019, 2019) ;رفيعة زكريا ;Ropiah Zakaria ;This research aims at studying the marasil (al-Hadith transmitted without the mentioning the Prophet’s companions) the Muṣannaf of ‘Abd al-Razzaq in two chapters concerning al-Buyu’(sales) and al-Shahadah (witness). The study begins with remarks on the ruwat (narrators) and later on evaluates it’s shawahid and mutaba’at to determine it’s status whether they can be elevated to the level of hasan li ghairihi or remain da’if (weak). This study also focuses on a brief biography of the author and his contributions in the book of al-Buyu’(sales) and al- Shahadah (witness). In addition, it also discusses the methodology of writing in the Muṣannaf and on the issues of hadith mursal. There are three methods used by the researcher in order to pursue this study: Firstly, descriptive and inductive method which is applied in analysing information regarding the issues of ‘Abd al-Razzaq’s thinking of hadith mursal. Secondly, analysis descriptive approach in assessing the Asanid (narrators). Lastly, critical analysis in order to make a proper judgment on the status of his mursals based on an evaluation of the condition of its ascription of shawahid and mutaba’at. The research has concluded that ‘Abd al-Razzaq is among the most trusted scholars because they were able to maintain and sustain their religions and academic objectivity and respectability. The mursals narrated by him in the book of al-Buyu’(sales) and al- Shahadah (witness) are seventeen to be upgraded to the level of hasan li ghairihi, and the rest of eleven hadiths remain weak.
