This research studies the movement (harakat) of the middle figure of non-affix triple figures verb in its past tense and present tense forms. It speaks about influencing factors in determining those movements semantically and phonetically. It also tests the ancient theories that emerged to standardize the movements. The source of verbs that the researcher depends on in his study is “Mu’jam al-Raid”, a modern dictionary, to match his interest in studying contemporary Arabic Language. This research comes in two parts, theory and application. In the first part, the researcher speaks about the movement of that middle figure by presenting the views of ancient, modern and contemporary morphologists and comes out with some conclusions. In the second part, the researcher statistically counts those verbs from the respected source, and categorizes them according to the previous categories set up by ancient morphologist. The objectives of this process are to determine the dominant phenomena in those verbs, to test the validity of those theories to be applied on the modern and contemporary Arabic Language, and to discover some of morphologic bases that could be counted on in learning and teaching process of this language.
