Publication أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين في وزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عمان(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyah of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia, 2020, 2020) ;بلوشي، معتصم راشد سليم ;Balushi, Moatasim Rashed Sulayman ; ; ;Muhammad Sabri Sahrir, Ph.DWan Rusli Wan Ahmad, Ph.DThe study aimed to identify the information technology, information systems and electronic services currently used in the Ministry of Education, and the extent of their impact on improving the job performance of its employees, and analysing the impact of personal factors on the level of perceptions of the study sample about each of the information technology and the level of job performance, and the study sample consisted of (288), from the intermediate administration (Director of the Department, Assistant Director of the Department, Head of the Section), chosen in a randomized, stratified manner from the various directorates of the Ministry and General Directorates in the Governorates, the two tools of the questionnaire and personal interviews were used, and to achieve the goals of the study and answer its questions, a descriptive-analytical approach was used. The use of the statistical program (SPSS) to calculate mathematical averages, frequencies, and percentages. Multiple linear regression method was used. In addition, using the (T) test for two independent samples, mono-variance analysis and a “Shiva” test for the dimensional comparisons to study the differences in the use of technology information and improvement of job performance according to each of the personal variables (gender, educational qualification, work experience, job title), the results of the study showed in general that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (= 0.05 = α) for information technology in its dimensions (hardware, software, management information systems, databases, communication networks used, human resource skills in information technology), on improving the job performance with its indicators (capacity of performance, speed of completion, efficiency of performance, simplification of work), the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of using information technology and job performance due to the demographic variables represented in (gender, educational qualification, work experience, job title), at the level of statistical significance 0.05 (= α). Based on these results, the study recommended training and qualification of workers in the intermediate management, working to strengthen the communication networks used in the ministry, and updating and developing the devices and software used and administrative information system and databases, to suit the requirements of the accelerating work environment. The study also recommended the importance of upgrading the level of worker performance and raising the efficiency of their performance and their technical, administrative and technological capabilities, and raising the efficiency of the technological system through spending on infrastructure to accelerate the roles of beneficiaries at the institutional level. The study also suggested conducting other studies on the impact of the use of information technology in improving job performance with other variables and different samples, and the study provided a perception about the requirements that must be met for workers in the Ministry of Education in the era of knowledge and technology explosion in order to develop their job performance. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication أثر تنفيذ برنامج مطور لتنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي والناقد لدى الطلبة المعلمين في المدرسة العليا للأساتذة بالقبة في الجزائر(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyah of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia, 2022, 2022) ;عسري، فتيحة ;Lacri, Fatiha ; ; ;Murad, Tahraoui Ramdane, Ph.DWan Rusli Wan Ahmad, Ph.DThe purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of adopting a developed program for fostering creative and critical thinking abilities among students at Algeria's Higher School of Teachers (All-Kubba). The mixed method was employed by the researcher to meet the study's aims (quantitative quasi-experimental with one group, consisting of a pre-test, post-test, and the qualitative approach). The designed program was tested on 37 students from Algiers' Higher School of Teachers (Scientific branches). It contained the California Critical Thinking Test (2000 AD) Picture (A), the verbal creative thinking test developed by the researcher, and an interview with (8) students. The findings revealed that 1)statistically significant differences between the post-test and the pre-test for selecting creative thinking, 2)the impact of the developed program on developing creative thinking skills according to Cohen's index (D) exceeds 0.8, implying that the size of the impact of implementing the developed program on developing creative thinking skills (originality, fluency, and flexibility) is large, estimated at (2.51), 3) statistically significant differences between the post and pre-test of critical thinking skills (analysis, induction, and conclusion), but no statistically significant differences between the post and pre-test of critical thinking skills (inference and evaluation). According to Cohen's index (D), less than (0.8) is regarded a medium value and less than (0.5) is considered a weak value. The overall impact of critical thinking was estimated to be (0.38, weak), implying that the whole impact of implementing the developed program for improving critical thinking abilities is weak.1 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication إستراتيجيات الفصل المقلوب وأثرها في تنمية مهارة الاستماع لدى طلبة كلية التربية(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyah of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia, 2021, 2020) ;محمود، عفاف محمد ;Mahmud, 'Afaf Muhammad ; ;Wan Rusli Wan Ahmad, Ph.DThe flipped classroom is one of the contemporary strategies of education, which is widespread in educational institutions worldwide, as an educational model that reflects the educational process in all its aspects, through the transfer of the collective learning space to the individual learning space, on which group learning is then based within the framework of an interactive and dynamic learning environment through which it directs students to apply previously learned concepts and skills and engage in various educational activities that achieve desired goals.This study aims to investigate the effect of using the flipped classroom strategy on developing the listening skill of the students of the faculty of Education. The sample of the study consists of (25) female and male students from the Faculty of Education Department of Arabic Language at the International University of Malaysia for the academic year (2019- 2020), and the sample of the study is chosen on a targeted group due to the availability of the appropriate environment for the study. The researcher here uses the descriptive method to answer the study questions. The study tools are based on a closed questionnaire adopted from the researchers (Chani Roth and Suzanne Subastsri 2016). The study tool was applied to the sample after teaching Arabic literature in the traditional way and the flipped classroom strategy, choosing a set of educational videos and preparing a pre- and post-test achievement in order to find out the direction of students ’opinions towards the impact of using the flipped classroom strategy on developing their listening skill. After collecting the data, the researcher analysed it and processed it statistically using the statistical program of social sciences (SPSS). The results of the study were represented in the study sample’s knowledge of effective methods in applying the flipped classroom strategies. The flipped classroom had a positive effect on developing the listening skill of the study sample. The study sample prefers to learn Arabic literature through the flipped classroom strategy to improve their understanding of the subject. The results of the statistical analysis using the (T) test showed that there is a difference between the students ’average scores in favor of the post implementation due to the effectiveness of the flipped classroom strategy in developing students’ listening skills.4 2 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

The researcher conducted a pilot study to find out the most important language skills that need to be developed among students with hearing disabilities from the point of view of their teachers, in order to focus on their development through the proposed program. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach with one group. The research tools included a measure of language skills and the program applied with hearing-impaired students. The research sample was determined from all fourth-grade students (classes with hearing disability integration) and the number of students was (23) students, including (17) boys and (6) girls. The researcher also treated the study sample through a pre-measurement and a measurement after the application of the used program, and then a tracer measurement a month after the application of the program to verify the effectiveness of the applied program. The research reached results, the most important of which are: the existence of differences in statistical significance between the pre and post measurement scores in favor of the post measurement. This indicates the effectiveness of the program applied with hearing-impaired students and the continuation of the impact of the program through consecutive measurement. The research led to several recommendations, including: the need to pay attention to school theater, train students with hearing disabilities, use language communication skills through theater and its activities, and dramatize academic courses with hearing-impaired students to develop language communication and achieve cognitive comprehension in all academic courses and achieve attracting students' attention with these programs. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

To achieve these objectives, the researcher used a quasi-experimental approach and applied it to a sample of 42 students who were randomly selected and divided equally into experimental and control groups. The experimental group underwent the program based on Peer Instruction, while the control group studied by the traditional method of the public schools in the State of Kuwait. Pre-test measurement for both groups was taken to assure that the groups are equal in terms of achievement in science. The researcher used the past year students’ grades for the science subject. After completing the experiment, the researcher tested students’ achievement and motivation toward learning science. Among the most important results is that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group, who studied with Peer Instruction, and the average scores of the control group, who studied traditionally, in both achievement and motivation to learn, where the experimental group scored higher in both. Thus, this research presents a few recommendations, including the adoption of the Peer Instruction method for teaching in general, and particularly for science subjects in secondary education. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

(Prepared by the researcher, designed electronically, and applied before and after the experimental treatment), A scale of attitude towards using cloud computing applications to improve information service. Results, a number of results were revealed, There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the experimental group’s mean scores on pre- and post-measurement of the performance aspect test to improve the information services of the employees of the Ministry of Education in Oman in favor of the post-measurement, There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between the experimental group’s mean scores on pre- and post-measurement of the scale of attitude towards using cloud computing applications to improve information service of the employees of the Ministry of Education in Oman in favor of the post-measurement, There is a positive correlation between the skill aspect of improving information services and the attitudes of Ministry of Education staff towards the use of cloud computing applications, In the light of the results, the researcher presented a set of proposed recommendations and research. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings

As a modern supervisory model, its importance in educational supervision, its applications in supervision processes and the obstacles facing this use and the proposed solutions. And the identification of statistically significant differences in the degree of possibility of using videoconferencing due to different variables (educational governorate, academic qualification, specialization, job title, years of experience, number of courses in dealing with a computer / the Internet). To achieve the study objectives, the researcher adopts the descriptive approach. Analytical, using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data as a tool for studying it after making sure of its validity and consistency. It was applied to an intended sample of (322) supervisors, and the researcher used the interview with (8) of the general supervisors, (12) of the first supervisors and (15) from the educational supervisors, to learn about the suggested ways to face these obstacles. The study concluded with a set of study results, the most important of which are: The concept of supervision using videoconferencing technology is clear to educational supervisors largely, the views of the educational supervisors were broadly agreed on the importance of using video conferencing technology in educational supervision processes, from the educational supervisors' point of view, the degree of possibility of using video conference technology in educational supervision came to a large extent, and the most significant material obstacles that prevent supervisors from using video conferencing technology in educational supervision are weak communication networks and the Internet and poor infrastructure for the application of this technology, while the human challenges lie in the lack of adequate training to use this technology. - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication مدى فاعلية نظام (الموودل) في تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية لموظفي وزارة التربية والتعليم في سلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المتدربين والقائمين عليه(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyah of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia, 2021, 2021) ;رواحي، عبد الباسط سعيد ;Rawahi, Abdel Basit Saeed ; ;Wan Rusli Wan Ahmad, Ph.DThis study aimed to identify the factors influencing the use of the electronic training platform (Moodel) in the Ministry of Education in Oman, and to measure the extent to which each of the factors affecting it is related using the theories TAM and EDT and the updated model of (delene and mclean 2003) The researcher took the random class sample from the study community (trainees on the moodl system) and took their opinions by means of the resolution tool, which was divided into nine paragraphs, eight of which were for the factors affecting (expected benefit, ease of use, technical support, quality of information, quality of service, quality of service, quality of service). The system, trust, satisfaction and factor IX are the factor influencing the use factor, thus including the total number of questions in the questionnaire forty-six questions designed on the Likert scale. Based on previous studies on the effectiveness of the e-training system (moodel) and the existence of the study problem, the researcher took the authors of the e-training project as another community in the study to understand the dimensions of the problem and to find the best solutions to it. Hence, the interview tool was the best for the sample of the small community. The researcher will interview three community researchers. The interview questions are tailored to the PMP (Project Management Professional) criteria, which include the project's four lives: (planning, construction, application, closing). In the fourth chapter, the researcher reviewed the analysis of the data obtained from the resolution and corresponding instruments. Before analyzing the data resolution number of the sample number of 349 researchers the researcher examined the data and searched for lost values, then searched for extreme values, whether positive or negative, as well as ensuring that the data were distributed naturally and a linear evaluation of the data, and the researcher was assured that there were no correlation values between the independent variables exceeding the permissible limit after examining the matrix of correlation between independent variables, after examining the matrix of correlation between independent variables, then the researcher conducted a demographic analysis of the sample and among them the gender of 123 males and females 226. The researcher analyzed the paragraphs of the study tool by calculating the number of repetitions and the percentage of each level of the study sample answer scoring according to the Penkert penta meter. The researcher found in the general analysis of the axes of the study that the expected benefit of using the moodil system is the most important factor that drives trainees to use the moodil system, because they are looking for the benefit that enables them to develop their skills and abilities in order to develop their performance. The researcher used pearson's test to analyze the relationship between variables and the results of the study hypotheses indicated a strong relationship between the variables most often. The researcher analyzed the interview by emptying the questions and answers of the interview in a table for each of the three researchers, and then analyzed the answers of the researchers, which concluded that there is no clear and scheduled plan and that the tasks do not proceed sequentially as assumed according to the criteria of project management with a lack of expertise and training of existing cadres for the project.2
