Publication الأبعاد الدلالية لتراكيب الاستفهام بالهمزة المقرونة بهمزة القطع في القرآن الكريم : دراسة وصفية(Kuala Lumpur : Kulliyyah Abdulhamid Abusulayman Kulliyyah of Islamic Revealed Knowledge and Human Sciences, 2025, 2025) ;Taijani, Seada A. Saleh; ;Ali, Asem Shehadeh Saleh, Ph.DMohd Ikhwan Abdullah, Ph.DThis study, titled "The Semantic Dimensions of Interrogative Structures with Hamzat al-Istifhām Combined with Hamzat al-Qaṭ‘ in the Holy Qur’an: A Descriptive Study," aims to explain the concept of Istifham (questioning) using Hamzat al-Istifham in the Holy Qur’an. It explores the views of early and late linguists and language scholars on the meanings of Hamzat al-Istifham, as well as the concept of meaning and its types in grammar and syntax according to these scholars. This research also examines the characteristics of Hamzat al-Istifham in the Holy Qur’an, referencing selected verses from Mohammed Abdulkhaliq Adhimah's book "Dirasaat li Uslub al-Qur’an al- Kareem." The verses are categorised under the theme of Hamzat al-Istifham, with the first Hamzat al-Qat (Hamzah, regardless of its position in the word) marked with Fathah and the second Hamzah marked with Kasrah. Additionally, Hamzat al-Istifham with two Hamzat al-Qat marked with Fathah were also analysed, totalling 50 verses. The researcher provides examples for each type of Hamzah, adopting a descriptive and analytical method to trace the semantic themes of Hamzat al-Istifham and its relevance to modern Arabic linguistic studies. This research delves into various books of Tafseer, I`rab (Parsing), and Qira’aat to demonstrate the diverse meanings conveyed by Hamzat al-Istifham, including confirmation, negation, and command. It highlights the suitability of these meanings within the Qur’anic context where Hamzat al-Istifham is used. Key findings indicate a strong correlation between the meanings conveyed by Hamzat al-Istifham and the analyses from different sources, emphasising its role as an example of linguistic economy. This study also underscores the evolution of meaning over time and the significance of scholars' contributions in this regard.19 219 - Some of the metrics are blocked by yourconsent settings
Publication انعكاس دلالات الأصوات على السياق الكلي للنص :آيات الترغيب والترهيب نموذجاً(Kuala Lumpur : International Islamic University Malaysia, 2017, 2017) ;تجاني، سعدة السنوسي ;Taijani, Seada A. Saleh ;This research addresses the “Inversion of Voices Denotations on Overall Context of Texts - The Case of Exhortation and Intimidation Verses” where the researcher listed selected verses contained in Chapter Qaaf through Chapter Al Naas as samples for the study. The research adopted the descriptive analytical approach and it aims at explaining the extent of voice inversion on the overall text, while focusing on loud and whispered letters and the extent of their engagement with the exhortation and intimidation verses. This is done by demonstrating the opinions of former and new scholars about the issue of voice engagement with denotation, explaining the methods of exhortation and intimidation adopted in the Qur’an, and the concept of loud and whispered letters and the extent of their engagement with exhortation and intimidation verses. The researcher concluded that there is a remarkable and clear difference in the repetition of whispered and loud characters among the exhortation and intimidation verses in terms of amount and percentage, though it is statistically different because the value of the extracted denotation from SPSS was 0.06 which is more than 0.05.7
