This study examines the preparation of excellent Muslim Youth’s Identity in Malaysia, in the light of Sunnah in the current phenomenon. This study looks at the preparation and its treatises extracted from Sunnah al-Nabawiyyah. This study highlights specific Sunnah guidance that can be applied in preparing Muslim youth in Malaysia. This study focuses on four aspects of humans: spiritual, emotional, intellectual, and physical. The methodologies used in this study are inductive and analytical approaches in assessing part of the Prophetic Tradition (Sunnah) that are related to youth and some analysis on the hadith scholars regarding the hadith and the field research on factors that led to urgency of excellent preparation among Muslim Youth in Malaysia. This study concludes that the Hadith guidance embodies perfect education methodologies as well as the preventive and treatment measures in dealing with social problems and to prepare them excellently according to the Sunnah. This study also finds that cooperation between parents and educational institutions in preparing Muslim youth is vital in order to strengthen the faith, develop thinking skills, and promote a healthy lifestyle. In addition to that, this study also suggests that these measurements must be implemented on Muslim youth in Malaysia through the participation and cooperation from every level of society which begins from the family institution, and educational institution particularly in ensuring that youth are prepared spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, and physically.

This study analyzes the actualizing of the Objectives of Shari 'ah as a methodology in criticizing the texts of Sunnah on Ahadith Ahad. This study attempts to address the issue on the application of the Objectives of Shari 'ah which are concerned on the five dharuriyat in tashih and tahsin and tadh'if of Ahadith Ahad. This study is composed of three dimensions: 1) explanation on the definition of the Objectives of Shari 'ah and Akhbar Ahad and the classifications, 2) analysis of scholars views on the explanation of the methods of tashih and tadh'if of Ahadith Ahad and how far the new method is accepted, and 3) search for solution to the actualizing of the Objectives of Shari 'ah on Ahadith Ahad in the process of tashih and tadh'if. The researcher used critical analytic methods in an attempt to solve the actualizing Objectives of the five dharuriyat in Objectives of Shari 'ah on judging the Ahadith Ahad in the process of tashih and tadh'if of Ahadith Ahad. The research concludes that the consent and violation of Ahadith Ahad with the Objectives of dharuriyyat can be considered as a method in criticizing the texts of Sunnah. also the consent of hadith with Objectives of Shari 'ah is one of the sound factors in upgrading the level of hadith. It is also affirmed that the application of the Objectives of Shari 'ah strengthens (tashih) the accepted Ahadith Ahad in upgrading the status of hadith. Also, the Objectives of Shari 'ah succeed in weakening (tadh'if) Ahadith Ahad because of the contradiction between them.
