In total, 132 PACS users in organization participated in this study in order to find out the determinant factor. The findings of this study shows that out of four factors that been tested, three factors shows positive influence and one factor is not. The significant factors are users’ experience, users’ perceived importance and users’ knowledge, which mean these factors could influence user acceptance of PACS.
