    The study aimed to identify the level of practices of (vocational education and training and the National Fund for Training, Pre-Employment Training and Career Readiness) in the private sector in the Sultanate of Oman, and to reveal the impact of education and the National Training Fund on career readiness in the private sector in the Sultanate of Oman. The study population consisted of all Administrative and technical employees in construction companies in Muscat Governorate. The study sample included (315) employees. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach as a method for the study and used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The level of practices of (Vocational Education and Training and the National Fund for Training, Pre-Employment Training and Career Readiness) in the private sector in the Sultanate of Oman reached a high degree, There is a positive impact of the National Training Fund’s education on job readiness in the private sector in the Sultanate of Oman. This result reveals to us that the National Training Fund helps graduates with material and moral financing in their readiness for work. There is a direct positive impact on job readiness. This result reveals to us that the National Fund Training helps graduates financially and morally prepare for work.
