    This research aims to study "Ibn Khaldun’s Inductive Method and its Contribution to the Discovery of the Science of Civilization and Development of Sociology". This is performed by discussing the fundamental concepts of Inductive method with reference to its definition, origins and historical developments, objectives, types, characteristics, foundations, and status among important academic methodologies. The researcher then focuses on Inductive Method in Ibn Khaldun's view point. He indicates Ibn Khaldun's inductive life and discusses his views on the foundations and ingredients of the Inductive Method. Then he explains the role of Ibn Khaldun's Inductive Method in discovering the Science of Civilization and developing the Sociology, especially its role and effect on his theories including the theories of science, philosophy, the philosophy of history, human civilization, national spirit, economy, and state. Finally, the researcher compares and contrasts Ibn Khaldun's studies on the science of civilization and Auguste Comte's studies on Sociology. This research approaches these issues using the methods of descriptive analysis as well as induction.
