The study deals with Hadith which comes on the rights of neighborhood by examining the rules of Hadith whether it is authentic (Sahih) or weak (Da’if) and to discuss the opinion of the scholars on the hadith. The study also includes the explication of the hadith to discuss the importance of understanding the concept of neighborhood. This is to point out the issues regarding neighbourhood and its rights. The research comes to study this problem and to discuss its seriousness through selected models of cooperation neighbors. The importance of this research is to explain the need for people to return to the guidance of the Prophet and his companions with neighbors. The research focuses on the definition of its neighbor, its types, its levels, its limit of interaction, and the concept of neighbor's rights and importance. In addition, the study deals with some models of cooperation neighbors, in relation to the statement of Prophet's Muhammad’s commandments on benevolence towards the neighbor, and the punishment for those who mistreat the neighbour. The researcher uses the inductive method to collect information related to neighbor's rights, and to use critical approach to distinguish between the authentic and the weak from the Hadiths as well as the analytical approach in clarifying and explaining the Hadiths related to the rights of neighbor. Among the important findings of this research includes the rights of the neighborhood; (i) Moral rights, including the preservation of the neighbor's secret, and (ii) Material rights, including feeding the neighbor; (Sa’ad bin Rabi’ offered half of his money to ÑAbdul Rahman bin ‘Auf, and one of his wives, did not accept from him, but asked him to guide him to the market, and the Prophet Muhammad (SAW) recommended benevolence to the neighbor, and not to abuse him, for those who care about the rights of his neighbor will receive great rewards from Almighty Allah. And those who threw the rights of the neighbor will taste the torment, and default in his right is the way of destruction, and enter into the fire).
