    This research deals with the Taqdeem and Ta’kheer in similar Qur'anic verses in a rhetorical contextual study, as it aims to reveal the secrets of Taqdeem and Ta’kheer in the similar Qur'anic verses, and their purposes and causes in rhetorical and contextual perspectives. Its importance lies in trying to explore and manage the similar Qur'anic verses, and thus to explore one of the miracle dimensions of the Qur'an. The research adopts a descriptive and analytical approach based on contextual theory. As for its limitation, the researcher found from the analysis around ninety-nine terms with similar Taqdeem and Ta’kheer. The evidence analysed also was not addressed by the researchers and scholars, as they were not exposed to the 85 contextual and rhetorical terms. The researcher studied new terms of similarity in Taqdeem and Ta’kheer from the rhetorical context, in addition to revealing the purposes and selected models for this research which showed eleven terms
