    Electronic information resources have emerged to meet the needs of students and researcher's knowledge and research. The current study aims to identifying the role of information quality, service, and technical support in the acceptance and use of electronic information resources by students of the Colleges of Applied Sciences in Oman by applying the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The population of the study was (5929) students in the Colleges of Applied Sciences. The sample comprised of (304) students. The study used the analytical descriptive method. Questionnaire was designed for the study, in addition to interviews with the supervising staff who provide service in the colleges of applied science. The researcher used (SPSS) statistical program to analysis data. The results of the study came out as follows: the lack of electronic resources of information in Arabic in the colleges and the lack of consideration of the objective coverage of the specialties offered in the colleges. That the interface of the site sources in the colleges needs to be updated and developed, as there is a lack of implementation of training courses and workshops for students. The study also showed other results according to the differences in statistical significance in the responses of the sample members according to gender, college and specialization variables. The study recommended the adoption of a structured systematic mechanism to train students in the colleges of applied sciences in the use of electronic resources of information, and the need to take into account all disciplines and programs offered in the colleges when participating in electronic sources of information, and strengthen cooperation and partnership between libraries and learning resource centers in public and private colleges and universities in Oman.
