    The study aimed to identify the relationship between mental health and school attitudes toward academic achievement among school students in the Al-Batinah North Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. 1200 male and female students from the ninth grade students in the schools of Al-Batinah North in the Sultanate of Oman were chosen in a simple random method, i. e. (14%) of the study population. As part of data collection, 6 teachers comprising 4 male and 2 female teachers were interviewed, and the study reached the following results: that the most prominent school attitudes among ninth grade students in Al Batinah North in the Sultanate of Oman is the treatment of others and self-confidence. The level general average of mental health among ninth-grade students in North Al Batinah Governorate schools in the Sultanate of Oman was 4. 25 that gives a Standard deviation of 0. 48 which means a very high degree of appreciation. Furthermore, there is another statistically significant effect of the school attitudes variable in predicting the level of mental health among ninth-grade students in Schools in the Al-Batinah North Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman and the existence is a statistically significant correlation between school attitudes and productivity. On the other hand, there is no correlation between some dimensions and academic achievement, and that there is no correlation between after the adaptation and after religion towards excellence at school. Indeed, there is a positive and statistically significant correlation between the two dimensions of positivity and self- realization towards academic achievement.
