This study aimed to analyse the issue of the Arab Spring and the problem of democratic transformation in the Arab societies and in the entire region where the revolution took place, and the subsequent trend of power and condition of those countries. There have been many studies and much research (Arab and Foreign) pertaining to the topic matter of the Arab Spring and the democratic transformation phenomenon in the aftermath of the Arab Spring. The research aimed at highlighting the importance of the study of the democratic transformation phenomenon in the Arab countries and the problem faced by these countries during the transformation process. The events gave birth to the term “Spring” due to its knowledge of the facts and reasons that led to the failure of some countries, and the cessation of others, which also reflects a serious and a negative image in what this transformation brought about.
