The purpose of this study is to reveal the prediction of a model for the relationship between psychological well-being and academic accomplishment, as well as their relationship to excessive Internet use, affiliation, and psychological well-being. The study was conducted on Sultan Qaboos University students and included a sample of 485 students from various colleges at the university of both sexes during the academic year (2021/2022), using the analytical correlational approach for data collection. According to mathematical means, Sultan Qaboos University students showed good indicators in terms of psychological well-being, excessive use of the Internet, affiliation, and religious methods of dealing. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) in the estimates of the study sample in the variable of academic achievement in favor of females. Further, there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) in the estimates of the study sample in the variable of excessive use of the Internet. Moreover, there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) in the estimates of the study sample in the affiliation variable, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) in the estimates of the study sample in the variable of religious dealing methods, and there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) in the estimates of the study sample in the variable of psychological well-being, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05 ≥ α) in the estimates of the study sample in the following variables: affiliation, methods of religious dealing and psychological well-being. The causal relationships between the variable of excessive use of the Internet and the variable of religious dealing methods on the variable of psychological well-being were not statistically significant at the level of (α≤0.05) because the t-value was less than the minimum of 1.645. In contrast, the results indicated that the variable of psychological well-being positively affects the academic achievement of students at Sultan Qaboos University at (α≤0.05) with a path coefficient of 0.106 and a t-value of 2.277.
