This research aims at manifesting the da’awah method of ‘Abd Al-‘Aziz al-Rashid and the features of modernization contains, by highlighting his scholarly efforts through mentioning his name, family background, birth, death, teachers, books and his intellectual output. More so, the research focuses on his efforts in the field of da’awah, whether inside or outside Kuwait. Then, the research explains the means and methodology used by ‘Abd Al-‘Aziz al-Rashid in his da’awah, and the features of modernity in them. The research comprises of five chapters: conclusion, recommendation and findings. The inductive, analytical and critical methods have been adopted in this research; where his tremendous achievements are compiled and collected from different sources -his books, magazines and his lectures that documented his da’awah history. Therefore, that information is analyzed based on the understanding of the method, means and mode used to achieve the goal. Likewise, the features of modernity in his da’awah and the level of its benefit to the Muslim society, whether individual or institutions are discussed, in order to identify the factors of the spread and acceptance of his da’awah and his beneficial knowledge, for presenting them to benefit the preachers. In conclusion, the researcher presents some findings, among which is the collaboration of ‘Abd al-‘Aziz al-Rashid with his counterparts among his contemporary scholars of da’awah and its splendid impact in the success of da’awah. At the end, the researcher recommends what he sees important and useful, of which most notably is the necessity of extracting the qualities of da’awah formed in ‘Abd al-‘Aziz al-Rashid’s personality and benefit from them in the field of da’awah to the way of Allah.
