It analyzes the special characteristics of his reformist thought, its importance and its role in promoting da 'wah activities. The study is based upon the essential writings of AI-Ghazali himself, the Muslim heritage and the works written on AI-Ghazali by scholars. Al-Ghazali was influenced by Al-Manar school, the lkhwan movement and his studies in sufism. He believed that the da'wah activities in the Muslim world did not progress because of the intellectual and psychological factors. Translated to the real life situation, it implies a lack of total dedication and sound method in propagating Islam. The Muslims are therefore advised by Al-Ghazali to cultivate the habit of self purification and to learn the methodology of preaching if they want da 'wah to be effective.arالإصلاح الدعوي في فكر محمد الغزالي : دراسة لعنصر شخصية الداعيةMaster Thesisal-Islah al-da'wa fi fikr Muhammad al-Ghazali : dirasah li-'ansar shakhsiyah al-da'iyah
