In this study, Taftazani’s logic has been selected as the subject of study because this handbook has not been studied and explored specifically and comprehensively. This study generally tries to analyse the essence of Taftazani’s logic in Tahdhib al-Manṭiq. Therefore, this study examines the background of Taftazani’s logic to study the contribution of Taftazani towards Islamic logic and its relationship and connection with Aristotle’s logic. Besides, this study tries to analyse the value of logic in dealing with contemporary Islamic issues, the significance of Taftazani’s logic and the importance of learning logic.The study's objectives are based on the textual content analysis method of qualitative research design.
