The researcher has followed the descriptive approach to analyze and interpret the concepts of total quality management in the modern era, and the history of its evolution, development and most important pioneers and their philosophy of it and the principles of total quality management as determined by its leaders, and consequently comparing those concepts with what is stated in the Prophetic Sunnah through the texts of the honorable Sayings which involve concepts such as perfection, charity, sincerity in work, reform, wisdom, cooperation, responsibility and other concepts that indicate the improvement of work. In addition, all honest Conversations have been considered to identify the educational principles related to total quality management, which were mentioned explicitly or implicitly. The deductive approach has been used to extract these principles, which correspond to the modern principles of total quality management in modern time such as concentration on the beneficiary, continuous improvement, teamwork, visibility, training, motivation, empowerment, feedback and leadership. The researcher has also used the "questionnaire" as a tool to collect data from principals in public schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. One of the most important findings of the study is that the extent to which the principles of total quality management derived from the Prophetic Sunnah has been applied to a very large extent. Besides, the assessment of school leaders to the role of applying the principles of total quality management derived from the Prophetic Sunnah in improving the school work was very high. The study has also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (a ≥ 0.05) between the averages of the sample of the study on the extent of applying the principles owing to the variables of scientific qualification and educational stage, while there are statistically significant differences due to the variable number of years of administrative experience, whereas the variable of courses in the field of leadership has indicated that are no statistically significant differences regarding some principles such as: "perfection and concentration on the beneficiary, motivation, teamwork, leadership and responsibility, continuous improvement and feedback, and authorization”. Moreover, there are statistically significant differences concerning others such as: "clarity of vision and objective". The researcher has concluded his study with a number of recommendations and proposals related to the field of research.arTotal quality management in education -- Saudi ArabiaSchool management and organization -- Saudi ArabiaSchool management and organization -- Religious aspects -- Islamمدى تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة المستنبطة من السنة النبوية في مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة جدة من وجهة نظر القيادات المدرسيةDoctoral ThesisMada tatbiq mabadi’ idarat al-jawdat al-shamilah al-mustanbitah min al-sunnah al-nabawiyah fi madaris al-ta’lim al-‘am fi Madinah Jiddah min wajhah nazar al-qiyadat al-madrasiyah
