The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, wherease the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data by applying it to a random sample of (121) school activities specialists in government schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman during the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021. In order to process the data of the study, the statistical packages program (SPSS) was used, in addition to multiple linear correlation method to measure the relationship between the study variables. The results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between (selection and appointment, training and qualification, motivation, and participation in decision-making) and the job performance of school activities specialists in government schools in Al-Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman.
