The findings of this study shows that out of four factors that been tested, three factors shows positive influence and one factor is not. The significant factors are users’ experience, users’ perceived importance and users’ knowledge, which mean these factors could influence user acceptance of PACS. Meanwhile users’ perceived ease of use (PEOU) is not significant.
