Abstract

This research aims to create a framework of Dawah methodology in a contemporary setting via an analytical study of the approaches of two eminent scholars: Abu Ala al- Mawdoudi and Ismael al-Faruqui. Both scholars have contributed greatly to Islamic character building, Islamic thought and civilization and other areas. They are great moderate duaah who attempted to propagate Islamic Dawah and Islamization of Knowledge. The research finds that the two scholars have something in common: Belief in Islam as a message and a way of life. Both of them derived so much from the Quran and Sunnah.
