Abstract

Money is a means to a livelihood and one of its necessities. Therefore, it has won the prestigious respect of God (Allah) Himself and hereby has been attributed to Him. It has likewise won the esteem of mankind due to their intense love for it and their struggle to acquire it day and night. The modern era is experiencing incredible development in terms of financial transactions that has drawn the attention of the world, not to mention that Muslims and Non-Muslims, the righteous and the sinful, the strong and the weak, the rich and the poor are all working hard to gain it. Money acquisition that spans nations, colors and religions is likely to create misconducts, disrespect of human rights, and unlawful acquirement of wealth as well as depression among its dealers. This behavior, unfortunately, is a revival of socialism and communism after their deaths and has strengthened capitalism even after its decay. Unfortunately, this is deployed under the name of Islamic financial transaction. The researcher has committed to highlight the method of Quran in protecting individuals, institutions and the global financial rights. because money circulates among these three actors. The researcher is, nonetheless, looking for Quranic solutions to financial rights protection and financial continuity. The mechanisms to financial rights and financial loss protection and an evaluation of the expected results in the context of the Quranic solution are also being explored.
